We are much more than just an ordinary bakery. Our products are all hand made from scratch and we are committed to use only the freshest quality ingredients. Our enticing pastries and cakes are made using original recipes that the proprietor, chef and cake artist of Pastry Paez has brought with him from Uruguay. All cakes and pastries are created and put together on the premises in his kitchen at Fairy Meadow, NSW, Australia.

The Pastry Paez chef has over 20 years of experience baking these tantalizing pastries and cakes and decorating for all occasions.
